Hi, everybody. I'm Mike. I'm the Marketing Manager for Scott Equipment Company. We've got Troy from Camozzi here today, and he's going to tell us about their ISO cylinders and the Camozzi benefits related to those ISO cylinders.

Troy, the next thing we wanted to talk about the Camozzi ISO cylinders, and there's some things that Camozzi does that’s a little different from some of our other vendors and that I thought you might like to tell our customers what they are.

Troy

Sure, absolutely. I think the most special thing about our ISO cylinder production that we're doing in McKinney, Texas is that we have a standard lead time of just two to three days for a custom stroke length and we can eat we even have a Camozzi Express program. If you want a guaranteed shipment, same day or next day, we had that Camozzi Express available as well. So fast deliveries are really where we differentiate ourselves.

Camozzi ISO Cylinders -Learn MoreSo what we're making just to break it down for what we're building in McKinney with that fast lead time. We have the world's three most popular ISO cylinders that we're stocking in McKinney. First we have the R Series 25, which is an ISO 6431 Mini ISO cylinder, round body, non-repairable construction, and we build this in four sizes: eight millimeter through 25 millimeters.

The second one is square end cap, this is the ISO 15552. And we're building this in McKinney in bore sizes 32 through 200. It's like an eight inch bore. And then the last one is a compact cylinder. This is the ISO standard 21287. And we're building this in bore sizes 12 millimeter up to 100. And again, available in two to three days standard lead time.

One of the distinctive features about our cylinders is that all of our cylinders are going to come standard with a stainless steel rod and a magnetic piston for sensing. So those are standard features on all of our cylinders.

These are assembled in in the USA. So we receive kits from our parent company in Italy that has the end caps pre-assembled with the seals. The pistons already had the seals on it. So basically what we're doing in McKinney is stroke shop so we're cutting the tubes and the rods to link doing the machining and then doing the assembly of the cylinder
