SCHUNK grippers, attached with appropriate top fingers allows assembly of O-rings, including square rings and others both on shafts (external assembly) and in bores (internal assembly).

For standard O-ring sizes SCHUNK offers standard assembly fingers for external assembly. Assembly fingers for internal assembly are always O-ring specific. On request, they can be purchased as customized components from SCHUNK or manufactured by customers themselves. Troy, another thing that is unique is that you guys have DOT fittings for Department of Transportation or heavy use fittings. So tell us a little bit about the Camozzi DOT fitting and why you may not want to just for trucks and it can be used in harsh environments, too.

For applications that require linear and rotary movements, Camozzi offers ISO or non-standardized actuators. All Camozzi actuators have a modern design and are developed to save space and weight, and can have different construction types  to satisfy the most critical sectors.

Camozzi fittings are available in a wide variety of shapes and configurations, Camozzi pneumatic fittings are made of brass, technopolymer, and stainless steel for ease of installation on a variety of devices, machines, and tubing  where sealed reliability matters.

Stopping a pneumatic cylinder in emergency situations or during regular operations is essential to machine safety.
