JVL Motors Part Numbers Explained

JVL Part Numbers can be hard to understand, decipher.   Scott Equipment Company wants to make it easier for you to understand JVL's product numbers.

A typical JVL Product Number can be: MAC140-A1AAAA-A109.  It's hard to know what that 3rd and 4th 'A' mean.   Using the table below, by working across the table horizontally, you can decipher the 3rd 'A' and determine that the motor uses a Square Flange and the 4th 'A' tells you the color of the motor (in this case, black).
