SMC JSXFA Pulse Valves for Dust Collectors

The new SMC JSXFA valve series is a high performance pulse valve for reverse jet dust collector applications. The JSXFA valves have variable port sizes and are available in threaded and compression fitting connections. The JSXFA valves are designed to reduce air consumption and increase peak pressure. Designed and built with a heavy elastomer diaphram allows the JSXFA valve to achieve its 10 million cycle life.
JSXFA Valve Benefits
Long Service Life: 10 million cycles or more. A spring is not necessary due to the high-strength elastomer diaphram.
OFF response time: 45% reduction
Fluid temperature: -40° to 60°C
Easier Maintenance: The springless diaphram allows for easy maintenance of the valve. A main valve and sub-valve (for 40A) are included in the maintenance kit.
Flow rate characteristics: 40% increase. Optimal design for the internal geometry.
No need to weld the tank piping
