What's up Internet world? I am Mike. I am the Marketing Manager for Scott Equipment Company. We're excited. We’re at the COLab at SCHUNK in North Carolina. What I wanted to show you is a unique solution for installing O-rings.

SCHUNK developed a six finger gripper (The ORG gripper) for installing O-rings.

Step 1: We put the O-ring here, you hit the first valve, it opens into a triangle shape.

Step 2: Then what you want to do is hit the second valve to open the gripper and notice that it has a hexagon shape here, and you install the product right here, line it up with the groove

Step 3: Open the third valve. The product will be held in place and then you just simply remove it and your O-ring is installed.
