Use these current product areas as a starting point for remote switching, electro-hydraulic control, proportional valve operation and mobile-equipment applications.
Mini & Standard Transmitters
The Mini transmitter is a compact IP67 handheld available in 2- and 4-function configurations, with Lodar listing a nominal operating distance of 150 ft. Standard transmitters provide 1-, 2-, 4- or 6-function layouts, an IP54 rating and a listed operating distance of 200 ft, with customizable button graphics.
Explore Lodar transmitters →Industrial Pro & Shift Transmitters
Industrial Pro transmitters are designed for applications from automation to towing and are available across a broad range of function counts. Lodar’s current product overview lists configurations from 2 through 40 functions, with IP65 handheld construction and Shift-function versions for higher-function systems.
Explore Industrial Pro controls →DC Receiver & Transmitter Systems
Current Lodar receiver packages support common 12/24V DC mobile and industrial equipment. Standard product pages list receiver options from simple 1- and 2-function systems through 20-function and combined Shift configurations, with many current receivers rated IP66 and 15 A per output.
View a current receiver system →PWM Proportional Control
Lodar’s PWM controller extends wireless control beyond simple on/off switching for compatible proportional hydraulic functions. Lodar currently identifies the PWM controller as its only receiver with PWM technology and lists compatibility with 2- through 10-function Industrial Pro transmitters.
Explore PWM configuration →Air-Actuator & Manual-Lever Solutions
Lodar supports equipment that still uses manual hydraulic control levers. Its Build Your Lodar process specifically includes systems for manual levers with an available air supply and manual-lever applications without an existing air supply, along with dedicated air-actuator receiver packages.
Build a Lodar system →Extended Range, Accessories & Configuration
Standard Lodar systems are specified for maximum ranges up to 200 ft, while Lodar’s current FAQ and catalog identify narrowband or extended-range options up to 1,000 ft. Accessories include transmitter holders and covers, antennas, wired controls, relays and solenoids, while configuration software supports selected receiver families.
Explore control customization →Help Select and Apply Lodar Wireless Controls
Our Sales and Technical Teams can help review function count, equipment voltage, switched current, output behavior, hydraulic or pneumatic interface, proportional-control needs, required operating range, transmitter style and environmental exposure. We can also coordinate Lodar controls with relays, solenoid valves, hydraulic components, sensors and supporting machine-control hardware.
Function & Transmitter Selection
Determine required commands, simultaneous functions, momentary or latching behavior, button layout, transmitter size, IP rating and whether Shift operation is needed.
Receiver & Electrical Interface
Review supply voltage, load current, relay or solid-state output, receiver enclosure, antenna location, wiring and integration with solenoids, contactors or control inputs.
Hydraulic & PWM Applications
Evaluate electro-hydraulic valves, manual-lever conversion, air-actuator requirements and proportional PWM control when the application needs more than simple discrete switching.
WBIYII Wireless-Control Assemblies
Coordinate Lodar receivers, relays, solenoids, wiring, connectors, enclosures and related hydraulic or pneumatic components into repeatable WBIYII assemblies or installation-ready kits.
Selection note: Published wireless range is a maximum and can be affected by the equipment, receiver location, antenna placement and surrounding environment. Final system selection should also verify supply voltage, output current, function logic, load type, enclosure rating and the control architecture of the machine. Wireless remote control should be integrated in accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s operating and safety requirements.
Put Machine Functions in the Operator’s Hands
Lodar wireless remote-control systems can be configured around the functions an operator needs to control from a better working position. From winches and hydraulic booms to pumps, stabilizers, ramps and steering functions, Lodar provides a flexible platform for mobile equipment, material handling and industrial machinery.
Towing & Vehicle Recovery
Control winches, carriers, beds and decks, underlifts, booms, lighting and other recovery-equipment functions while allowing the operator to move to a position with a better view of the vehicle and surrounding work area.
Explore Lodar application functions →Cranes, Hoists & Stabilization
Operate crane, boom, stabilizer-leg, directional, auxiliary and speed-related functions remotely. Wireless control can help the operator monitor equipment movement from a practical position rather than remaining at a fixed control station.
Explore Lodar application functions →Trailers & Mobile Equipment
Apply wireless control to tail lifts, ramps, steering functions, decks, body movement, axle-related functions, power packs and other electrically or hydraulically operated equipment used on specialized trailers and mobile machinery.
Explore Lodar application functions →Agriculture & Bulk Material Handling
Control augers, feed systems, hoppers, pumps, auxiliary functions and start/stop operations from a wireless transmitter. Lodar systems can be configured around the specific functions required by agricultural and bulk-handling equipment.
Explore Lodar application functions →Pumping, Concrete & Service Equipment
Wireless control can be applied to pumps, hose-reel functions, generators, start/stop commands, directional movement and auxiliary equipment used on pumping, concrete and specialty service vehicles.
Explore Lodar application functions →Industrial, Automation & Marine
Lodar systems can also control industrial doors, conveyors, material-handling equipment and other automated machinery, along with marine functions such as davits, anchors, thrusters and capstans. Configurable receivers allow the system to be adapted to many specialized applications.
Explore Lodar application functions →Application flexibility: Lodar transmitters can be configured with application-specific function identification, while receiver programming can be adapted for functions such as momentary operation, latching, interlocks, timed operation and other control requirements. Final configuration should be matched to the equipment’s electrical or electro-hydraulic control architecture and the requirements of the application.
Explore Supporting Mobile & Industrial Control Technologies
