About Hydronit Americas

Modular Hydraulic Power Units Assembled & Supported in Charlotte

Hydronit Americas is Hydronit’s U.S. associated company and operates from Charlotte, North Carolina. Its U.S. operation provides assembly, testing, warehousing, sales and technical support, while Hydronit’s Italian headquarters handles design, research and development and production. This structure gives North American customers local support for a highly modular compact-hydraulic platform.

Modular Power-Unit Architecture

Hydronit builds its PPM and PPC systems around compact aluminum central manifolds that accept preassembled screw-in hydraulic functions, pumps, motors, tanks and external modular blocks in many circuit combinations.

High Power Density

Pressure-balanced gear pumps, integrated manifolds and compact electric-motor packages are designed to provide useful hydraulic pressure and flow from a relatively small footprint while limiting unnecessary pressure loss and heat generation.

Mobile & Industrial Applications

Hydronit power packs are used across lifting equipment, mobile machinery, material handling, automotive, agricultural, marine and industrial applications where compact hydraulic power and integrated control are required.

Product Areas

Explore Hydronit Compact Hydraulic Power Solutions

Use these product areas as a starting point for compact hydraulic power, lifting, clamping, mobile equipment, machine actuation and other applications requiring an integrated pump, motor, reservoir and valve circuit.

PPM Micro Hydraulic Power Packs

The PPM Micro series is Hydronit’s smallest modular power-unit platform for applications with severe space constraints. Current specifications include power up to 2.2 kW, flow up to 1.58 gpm and pressure up to 3,675 psi, with single-acting, double-acting and reversible circuit possibilities from the same modular architecture.

PPC Compact Hydraulic Power Packs

The PPC Compact series is built around Hydronit’s Universal and Smart central manifolds and supports AC or DC motors, fixed- or variable-speed operation, single or double gear pumps, plastic or metal reservoirs and integrated hydraulic valves. Current specifications list AC power up to 7.5 kW, DC power up to 4 kW, flow up to 6.6 gpm and pressure up to 4,400 psi or more depending on configuration.

EPB Bull DC Electro-Pumps

The EPB Bull series combines DC motors and gear pumps for battery-powered mobile, marine and transport equipment. Current options include 12, 24 and 48 VDC motors up to 4 kW, flows up to 24 l/min and pressure up to 4,400 psi, with an optional integral pressure-relief valve and mounting foot.

Central Manifolds & Integrated Hydraulic Circuits

Hydronit’s central manifolds integrate pump flow paths with pressure, flow, check, directional and proportional valve functions. PPC configurations can integrate up to eleven devices directly in the central manifold, while the smaller PPM platform can integrate up to eight, helping reduce external plumbing and overall package size.

Pressure-Balanced Gear Pumps & Power Sources

Hydronit uses pressure-balanced gear pumps designed to maintain volumetric efficiency as outlet pressure increases. Power-source options include 12, 24 and 48 VDC motors up to 4 kW, AC motors up to 7.5 kW, and selected configurations for standard 56C or 184TC motors as well as gas-engine and pulley-drive applications.

Reservoirs, Valves & Modular Components

Hydronit’s modular system includes plastic and metal reservoirs, relief valves, check valves, flow controls, directional valves, proportional controls, hand-pump options and stackable manifold components. Hydronit Americas can supply complete tested power packs or selected loose components for service and local assembly.

Scott Equipment Company Support

Help Configure a Compact Hydronit Power Unit

Our Sales and Technical Teams can help review hydraulic pressure, flow, actuator size, cylinder function, reservoir volume, motor voltage and power, duty cycle, valve logic, mounting space and environmental requirements. We can also coordinate Hydronit power units with cylinders, hoses, fittings, sensors, controls and supporting hydraulic components.

Power-Unit Sizing

Review required pressure, flow, cylinder speed, displacement, motor power, reservoir size and duty cycle to establish the basic hydraulic power requirement.

Circuit & Manifold Configuration

Define single-acting, double-acting, reversible, load-holding, pressure-control, flow-control and proportional functions that can be integrated into the Hydronit manifold architecture.

AC, DC & Mobile Power Selection

Match available voltage, duty cycle, starting load, motor size and application environment to AC, DC or other supported Hydronit power-source arrangements.

WBIYII Hydraulic Assemblies

Coordinate Hydronit power units with cylinders, hoses, fittings, sensors, brackets and related components into repeatable WBIYII hydraulic assemblies or installation-ready kits.

Selection note: Final hydraulic power-unit selection should be verified against peak and continuous pressure, required flow, motor starting conditions, fluid viscosity, reservoir capacity, filtration, heat generation, duty cycle, ambient temperature, mounting orientation and applicable machine requirements. Hydronit specifically recommends calculation and field verification when single-phase AC motors must start under hydraulic load.

Related Manufacturer Directories

Hydronit compact power units commonly integrate with hydraulic cylinders, sensors, PLCs, motors, machine-safety systems and other mobile or industrial automation components.
