Scott Equipment Company supports Doering hydraulic cartridge valves, specialty valves, hand pumps, manifolds and custom fluid-control products for manufacturers, OEMs and maintenance teams throughout North and South Carolina.
Doering Hydraulic Valves, Hand Pumps & Manifolds
Doering Company designs and manufactures precision hydraulic valve, pump and manifold products for demanding mobile and industrial applications. Its current portfolio includes cartridge directional, flow and pressure controls, inline and mono-block valves, safety pop-off relief valves, hydraulic hand pumps, manifold housings and assemblies, cavity accessories and custom fluid-control solutions.

Precision Fluid-Power Products for Demanding Applications
Doering’s manufacturing legacy began in 1969 with precision stainless-steel contract machining. Today, from its Clear Lake, Minnesota operation, Doering focuses on specialized hydraulic valves, pumps, manifolds and assemblies, with many products engineered for high-pressure, low-leakage or zero-leak applications and available in corrosion-resistant material options.
High-Pressure & Zero-Leak Expertise
Doering offers spool and poppet valve designs for applications where high working pressure, tight shutoff, load holding or specialty fluid compatibility are important design considerations.
Manual, Pilot & Solenoid Control
Directional products include manual, air-pilot, hydraulic-pilot, pilot-to-open, pilot-to-close, selector, pneumatic-pilot/manual-override and solenoid-operated configurations.
From Components to Manifold Assemblies
Cartridge valves, hand pumps, housings, manifolds and custom assemblies allow Doering products to be applied as individual components or coordinated into more complete hydraulic circuit solutions.
Explore Doering Hydraulic Products
Use these product areas as a starting point for high-pressure hydraulic control, load holding, hand-operated backup power, mobile-equipment valves, manifold design and specialty fluid-control applications.
Directional Cartridge Valves
Doering’s directional cartridge range includes air-pilot, hydraulic-pilot, manual, pilot-to-open, pilot-to-close, selector and solenoid valves. Current air-pilot products can use low-pressure shop air to control working-port pressures up to 5,000 psi on selected models, while selected hydraulic-pilot and manual products are rated to 7,500 psi.
Explore directional cartridge valves →Flow, Pressure & Load-Holding Valves
Cartridge functions include check, counterbalance, divider/combiner, needle and pressure-compensated flow control, plus decompression, direct-acting relief and sequence valves. Pilot-operated checks and counterbalance products support load-holding circuits.
Explore flow-control valves →Hydraulic Cartridge-Style Hand Pumps
Current hand-pump families include DCHP102, DCHP163 and DCHP203 cartridge pumps plus 241 and 222 Series products. Doering offers both single-stage and dual-stage concepts for backup power, emergency lowering, hydrostatic testing and other manually powered hydraulic functions.
Explore hydraulic hand pumps →Hydraulic Manifolds & Custom Assemblies
Doering’s current manifold range includes D03, inline, wide-body and panel-mount housings plus inline manifold assemblies. Doering also provides custom manifolds and assemblies based on hydraulic schematics or customer specifications.
Explore hydraulic manifolds →Metro Mono-Block, Lock & Selector Valves
Doering’s Metro product line includes one-, two- and three-spool mono-block directional valves, single and dual lock valves, and selector valves for mobile and agricultural equipment. Current selector products include 3-way and 6-way configurations.
Explore mobile and agricultural valves →Inline & Safety Pop-Off Relief Valves
Inline check, restrictor and relief valves provide compact line-mounted control, while Doering’s safety pop-off relief family provides pressure-relief options across multiple ports, seal materials and pressure settings. Cavity adapters and plugs support manifold installation and service.
Explore inline valves →Help Identify and Apply Doering Hydraulic Products
Our Sales and Technical Teams can help review hydraulic function, working pressure, flow, pilot pressure, cavity, leakage, fluid compatibility, materials and manifold requirements. We can also coordinate Doering products with pumps, cylinders, filtration, fittings, sensors and supporting fluid-power components.
High-Pressure Valve Selection
Match directional, pressure, flow or load-holding function to working pressure, flow, leakage, cavity, materials and required actuation method.
Pilot-Operated Valve Review
Evaluate available air or hydraulic pilot pressure, maximum system pressure, required pilot ratio, backpressure and environmental conditions before selecting a pilot-operated valve.
Hand Pump & Manifold Applications
Review pressure, displacement, stroke count, backup or emergency function, manifold layout, porting and installation constraints for pumps and manifold assemblies.
WBIYII Hydraulic Assemblies
Coordinate Doering valves, pumps and manifolds with fittings, filtration, sensors, hoses and related hardware as part of repeatable WBIYII hydraulic assemblies or installation-ready kits.
Selection note: Final product selection should be verified against working pressure, flow, pilot pressure, cavity geometry, fluid compatibility, seal material, temperature, filtration, leakage requirements, corrosion exposure, mounting and applicable system requirements. Doering’s pilot-ratio guidance also notes that calculated ratios assume ideal conditions and do not account for factors such as oil temperature or system backpressure.
Product Selection and Hydraulic Engineering Resources
Use these resources to search current Doering products and 3D models, calculate pilot ratios, review filtration guidance and compare complementary hydraulic manufacturers.
Explore Supporting Fluid-Power Technologies
Doering valves, pumps and manifolds commonly integrate with hydraulic actuators, pneumatic pilot controls, sensors, machine controls, motors and related fluid-power hardware.
