The SMC KQ2Y06-03NS is a KQ2 series male run tee. It connects 6 mm OD tubing to an R3/8 male thread. Use to connect two tubes to one female thread, with one tube in line with the thread and one at 90 degrees.

Nickel-plated brass body. Thread sealant is pre-applied to the male thread. Round type release button. Operating pressure: 29.5 inHg vacuum to 1 MPa (145 psi).
