The Kollmorgen KEM-4V250-KE92CB Servo Motor is a high-torque 2.5 kW, 240/480 VAC servo motor designed for demanding industrial automation. This 108 mm IEC-frame servo motor provides a robust 10.1 Nm continuous stall torque (with brake) and an impressive 23.4 Nm peak torque, making it ideal for heavy-load axes, material forming, packaging machinery, gantries, and medium-to-high-power automation tasks. It supports a maximum mechanical speed of 5000 rpm, enabling fast acceleration and high throughput.

 

The model includes a 24 VDC failsafe holding brake, providing reliable load retention for vertical axes and safety-critical applications. Kollmorgen’s SFD-M Smart Feedback Device offers 24-bit single-turn and 16-bit battery-free multi-turn absolute feedback, ensuring < ±1 arc-minute positioning performance and automatic recognition in Kollmorgen Essentials and AKD-series drives for rapid commissioning.
