The Kollmorgen KEM-4V075-KE9NCB Servo Motor is a high-performance 750 W, 240/480 VAC servo motor in the Kollmorgen Essentials™ family—engineered for exceptional precision, torque density, and reliability. Delivering 2.54 Nm continuous stall torque, 7.2 Nm peak torque, and speeds up to 6,000 rpm, the KEM-4V075-KE9NCB provides the perfect blend of torque and speed for mid-power motion applications. It’s equipped with Kollmorgen’s SFD-M Smart Feedback Device, a 24-bit single-turn and 16-bit battery-free multi-turn absolute encoder that ensures < ±1 arc-minute accuracy and plug-and-play configuration with Kollmorgen Essentials or AKD-series drives.

 

A rotatable M23 hybrid connector integrates power, feedback, and brake wiring in a single IP54-rated interface, reducing installation time and cabling complexity. The IEC-standard mounting interface and shaft key kit allow for both smooth and keyed shaft options in one model, simplifying mechanical integration and inventory management.

 

Built for durability, the KEM-4V075-KE9NCB features Class F insulation (155 °C), a PTC thermal sensor, and 100 °C winding rise for consistent performance under continuous duty. It is IP54-rated as standard and can be upgraded to IP65 protection with the KEM-075-100-SSK shaft-seal kit for use in harsher environments.

 

When paired with Kollmorgen Essentials drives, the KEM-4V075-KE9NCB supports EtherCAT®, PROFINET®, and EtherNet/IP™ communication, single-cable connectivity, and seamless commissioning via Kollmorgen Workbench™ software.
