Operating from a 120 / 240 VAC single- or three-phase supply, this servo motor produces 3.63 Nm continuous stall torque, 9.7 Nm peak torque, and speeds up to 6,000 rpm, with optimized windings for smooth, efficient operation. The SFD-M Smart Feedback Device provides 24-bit single-turn and 16-bit battery-free multi-turn absolute feedback, delivering < ±1 arc-min accuracy and automatic plug-and-play setup with Kollmorgen Essentials or AKD-series servo drives.
Designed for fast integration and reliable operation, the KEM-2V100-KE9NCB features a single-cable connection through a rotatable M23 hybrid connector, combining power, brake, and feedback into one compact, IP54-rated interface. The IEC-standard mount and interchangeable shaft key kit support both smooth and keyed configurations in one SKU—reducing part count and simplifying inventory management.
Engineered for demanding automation environments, this motor includes Class F insulation (155 °C), a PTC thermal sensor, and 100 °C winding temperature rise capability, ensuring long service life and consistent thermal performance. It can be upgraded to IP65 protection using the optional KEM-075-100-SSK shaft-seal kit.
