The Kollmorgen KEM-2V020-KE9NCB Servo Motor is part of the Kollmorgen Essentials™ family, designed to provide reliable performance and simplified integration for OEM machine builders and automation applications.

 

This 58 mm flange, 200 W, 120/240 VAC servo motor delivers 0.74 Nm continuous stall torque (at ΔT = 100 °C) and a peak torque of 2.09 Nm, supporting speeds up to 6,000 rpm. It includes Kollmorgen’s SFD-M multi-turn absolute feedback device, which offers 24-bit single-turn and battery-free 16-bit multi-turn resolution with integrated electronic nameplate data for plug-and-play commissioning.

 

The KEM-2V020-KE9NCB features an IEC-standard mounting interface, a rotatable M23 hybrid connector combining power, brake, and feedback, and an innovative shaft-key kit that allows smooth or keyed coupling in a single model. Rated IP54 (upgradeable to IP65 with the optional KEM-020-040-SSK shaft-seal kit), it includes Class F insulation, a built-in PTC thermal sensor, and operates within -20 °C to 120 °C ambient range.
