FQPS21K Bimba FQPS Miniature Flow Control

The Bimba FQPS12K miniature flow control has a NPT 1/8" port and uses 1/4" OD tube. The needle can be adjusted via a knurled knob with screwdriver slot and has a max operating pressure of 150 PSI and can operate in temperatures between 30 degrees to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bimba port mounted flow controls are ideal for adjusting the speed of extension and retraction for virtually any actuator.  Most double acting applications are best served with meter-out style flow controls, which control the flow of exhaust air as it leaves the cylinder.  By reducing the exhaust air flow rate, the flow control reduces the speed of travel of the cylinder rod.
