10-KQ2W07-U02N SMC KQ2 One-Touch Fitting - Extended Male Elbow, 1/4 in OD Tube x Uni 1/4 Male, Clean Series

The SMC 10-KQ2W07-U02N is a clean series KQ2 extended male elbow. It connects 1/4 in OD tubing to a Uni 1/4 male thread. Use to connect a tube to a female thread at a 90 degree angle, with extra height to clear neighboring fittings and allow stacked piping.

The Uni thread installs into Rc, G, NPT and NPTF female ports, so one part covers all four. It seals on a captive gasket that seats against the chamfer at the mouth of the port rather than on the thread flanks, so the mating port must present a flat or chamfered face at the thread entry. No thread sealant is required. Replacement gaskets are ordered separately as KQG.

Nickel-plated brass body. Copper-free with fluorine grease and a white resin body for cleanroom use. Round type release button. Operating pressure: 29.5 inHg vacuum to 1 MPa (145 psi).
