The SMC 10-KQ2S06-U01N is a clean series KQ2 hexagon socket head male connector. It connects 6 mm OD tubing to a Uni 1/8 male thread. Use to connect a tube to a female thread with a straight connection where a hex key is the only wrench that will fit.

The Uni thread installs into Rc, G, NPT and NPTF female ports, so one part covers all four. It seals on a captive gasket that seats against the chamfer at the mouth of the port rather than on the thread flanks, so the mating port must present a flat or chamfered face at the thread entry. No thread sealant is required. Replacement gaskets are ordered separately as KQG.

Nickel-plated brass body. Copper-free with fluorine grease and a white resin body for cleanroom use. Round type release button. Operating pressure: 29.5 inHg vacuum to 1 MPa (145 psi).
