The SMC 10-KQ2S04-M5N is a clean series KQ2 hexagon socket head male connector. It connects 4 mm OD tubing to an M5 x 0.8 male thread. Use to connect a tube to a female thread with a straight connection where a hex key is the only wrench that will fit.

Nickel-plated brass body. Copper-free with fluorine grease and a white resin body for cleanroom use. Round type release button. Operating pressure: 29.5 inHg vacuum to 1 MPa (145 psi).
