10-KQ2L01-U01N SMC KQ2 One-Touch Fitting - Male Elbow, 1/8 in OD Tube x Uni 1/8 Male, Clean Series

The SMC 10-KQ2L01-U01N is a clean series KQ2 male elbow. It connects 1/8 in OD tubing to a Uni 1/8 male thread. Use to connect a tube to a female thread at a 90 degree angle.

The Uni thread installs into Rc, G, NPT and NPTF female ports, so one part covers all four. It seals on a captive gasket that seats against the chamfer at the mouth of the port rather than on the thread flanks, so the mating port must present a flat or chamfered face at the thread entry. No thread sealant is required. Replacement gaskets are ordered separately as KQG.

Nickel-plated brass body. Copper-free with fluorine grease and a white resin body for cleanroom use. Round type release button. Operating pressure: 29.5 inHg vacuum to 1 MPa (145 psi).
