PATLITE's easy-to-use and understand signal tower can alert and notify users about what is happening on the production lines.  The signal tower connects to a production line PC with a single USB cable.  With simple a simple software program, the signal tower can be programmed to notify users via flashing LED units or a buzzer for different situations.

Take your system one step further by communicating wirelessly via the WD-Z2 series receiver.  A transmitter in the signal tower communicates with a receiver attached to your local area network.  And the real-time data can be exported to a CSV file for detailed analysis.

PATLITE has developed world class modular signal towers.  Their LED color module features a unique interior lens construction that achieves a fuller, more uniform 360° degree light output.  The light's colors are extremely vibrant for reliable indication from farther distances.  The LR Series lenses distribute light more efficiently, more than doubling the luminous intensity of previous models.

In addition to visual ques, PATLITE signal towers distribute sounds inspired by the structure of a drum.  This allows the sound waves to be distributed more efficiently, producing an even, 360° sound resonance.  Four audible alarm sounds are built into the PATLITE sound module.  Specific alarms have been developed with a higher frequency that can be heard above the noise of surrounding machinery. 

In 1955, PATLITE created a micro-motor that led to the development of a wide-range of warning devices that included their first flagship product, the SK-12 rotating beacon light.  Since then, signal beacons have been adopted worldwide as a primary device for warning and status indication applications.

PATLITE offers multiple options for audible alarms.  PATLITE's alarms produce excellent sound quality from pre-recorded MP3 files.   Offering multiple mounting styles ranging from panel mounting to standard speaker style mounting.  Programming the alarms is easily accomplished with PATLITE's SD card and PATLITE's free programming software.

Sounds can be customized to meet your needs.  The FV-127JP MP3 playback circuit board allows users to record audio messages.  This is ideal for installation inside various equipment or facilities where audio message assistance is required, and field programming is necessary.  PATLITE's MP3 voice announcer is designed for rugged environments and can endure vibration resistance up to 4.5G's, which is great for Forklifts, AGV's, etc.

PATLITE's LED spotlights are designed to be rugged and can withstand the harshest conditions - conditions where water, oil and chemicals are used.  PATLITE LEDs come in multiple shapes to fit your installation.  THE CLN-EX series can be mounted on the floor, wall or ceiling using its unique stainless steel, 180-degree angle bracket.

PATLITE's LED lights are available in multiple configurations ranging from spotlights to light bars depending on your application.   Choose from the worklight series that is exclusively designed for the machine tooling industry to lights that are designed for workstations, machinery, and control cabinets.  PATLITE's LED lights are also available in multiple protection ratings including IP66, IP67 and IP69K.

PATLITE offers explosion proof signal towers featuring up to five ultra-bright, maintenance-free LED units and are contained in a flame and dust proof housing.  The modular segments are secured together with screws to ensure compliance with certifications and to prevent tampering or loosing from continuous vibration.  These signal towers also feature an aluminum alloy housing, borosilicate glass and can be mounted upright or vertically or horizontally on a wall.

In addition to explosion proof lighting, PATLITE offers explosion proof alarm horns and annunciators.  The alert horns and annuciators are suitable for Zone 2 and Zone 22 applications and can be programmed for specific sounds and commands.
